The Qur'an

The Qur'an is the holy book for Muslims. The Qur'an was revealed to Muhammad by God in Arabic. There are 114 chapters in the Qur'an, which are ritten in old Arabic dialect. All the chapters except one begin with 'In teh name of Allah the most merciful and the most kind.'. The Qur'an is available in 40 different languages, but Muslims are still tought to read and recite it in Arabic. The Qur'an is treated with great care by Muslims because it is the sacred word of God.
